Mary Mallon Memorial Scholarship

The Mary Mallon Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Professor Mary Mallon, who died in 2006. She joined Massey University as a professor in human resource management in 2002 and gained her PhD from Sheffield Hallam University in England. This scholarship supports a New Zealand or international student who is undertaking a research thesis relevant to human resource management at the postgraduate level. Recipients will be studying a postgraduate qualification to advance their career in human resource management, enrolled in a research course with the School of Management. The scholarship provides $1,000 in funding for one year's duration to support research costs. Selection is based on academic achievements, the nature and costs of the proposed research project, and other scholarships or bursaries held.
