About This Opportunity
The Mary Norton Thompson Scholarship originated in 1931 by the Buffalo Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. This scholarship is designed to assist students for whom a college education would be impossible without financial assistance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens (along with their parents), graduates of accredited public high schools, and demonstrate financial need through FAFSA completion. Preference is given to undergraduate students majoring in the College of Arts and Sciences, with particular preference for female students with U.S. citizenship. The scholarship provides variable award amounts to support qualified students at the University at Buffalo.
