About this opportunity
The Massey University Postgraduate Scholarship (formally the Sir Alan Stewart Postgraduate Scholarship) supports high achieving graduates of New Zealand tertiary education degree programmes enrolling in postgraduate coursework in any discipline at Massey University. The scholarship was developed in 2004 to support postgraduate students who will shape the future of New Zealand and was named in honour of Sir Alan Stewart KBE, the founding vice-chancellor of Massey University from 1964 to 1983. The scholarship provides financial support for one semester duration and is available for full-time or part-time postgraduate coursework students. Up to 80 awards are available per annum, with two selection rounds annually at the start of each semester. Recipients are selected based on academic achievement, with consideration normally given to study with an A- GPA or better from New Zealand based tertiary institutions.
