Master of Design Technology Research Scholarship

The Master of Design Technology (MDT) Research Scholarship supports students dedicated to research in design technology. Tailored for individuals keen on advancing technological applications in design, this scholarship allows recipients to deeply engage in pioneering areas of VFX, game design, animation, 3D motion graphics, and multimedia design. Awardees will receive funding to advance their research, enabling them to engage new applications within the dynamic fields of VFX and Animation. The MDT programme now includes a 90-point research portfolio thesis option, increasing flexibility and enhancing learning opportunities. This pathway enables students to investigate design technology areas that align with their personal and professional goals, bolstering their skills through focused research and critical analysis. The scholarship aims to highlight this new option and promote the available research opportunities to Master's students.
