Mattamy Homes - Grant

The Mattamy Homes Grant is available to students from historically marginalized and excluded communities enrolled in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic, and Gasfitter Apprenticeship programs at NAIT. Eligible communities include Aboriginal students, Women and/or gender minorities in male-dominated programs, 2SLGBTQIA+ students, students with a prolonged or persistent disability, single-parents or children of single-parents, visible minorities or racialized people. The award is based on a written statement detailing the applicant's personal journey to post-secondary and satisfactory academic achievement in the most recent term. Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need. Students must submit an application through the General Application system to be considered for this award.
