Mattern-Tyler Fund

The Mattern-Tyler Fund was established in 1991 to support student recruitment and graduate student fellowships at the University at Buffalo. This scholarship is specifically designed for students accepted into an advanced course of study in Chemistry. Recipients must demonstrate academic talent and achievement as evidenced by prior grades. Financial need is a requirement, and applicants must complete the FAFSA. This is a renewable scholarship opportunity. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the University at Buffalo Scholarship Portal.
