About this opportunity

The Matthew Carter Scholarship is presented by the Gamma Xi Boulé Foundation, Inc. directly to high school seniors for academic or technical/trade school expenses. This scholarship was created to honor Matthew Carter, who was a charter member of Gamma Xi Boulé, as well as a national officer of Sigma Pi Phi.
