Maureen Tracy Venti Memorial Scholarship

The Maureen Tracy Venti Memorial Scholarship provides financial support to students in the College of Humanities and Fine Arts at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The scholarship is intended to support rising sophomores who demonstrate financial need and maintain academic performance. Eligible recipients must be rising sophomores enrolled in the College of Humanities and Fine Arts with demonstrated financial need as determined by UMass Amherst. Recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 to receive and continue the scholarship. The scholarship is renewable for the student's junior and senior years, provided the recipient continues to meet all eligibility requirements. The donor intends for two scholarships of $5,000 each to be awarded annually, providing sustained support throughout the undergraduate experience. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship upon completion of the General Application through the UMass Amherst scholarship portal.
