Mayeux Family Perseverance Award

The Mayeux Family Perseverance Award is a scholarship designed to support retention and graduation of second-year nursing students at Georgia State University who are persevering through obstacles and challenges to complete their nursing education and enter the field of nursing. This award recognizes students who have faced significant barriers—financial, societal, or otherwise—that have hindered their ability to pursue their degree. The scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to help qualifying nursing students achieve their educational and career goals while maintaining strong academic performance.
