Mayor Henry Maier Racial Justice Community Project Grant

The Mayor Henry Maier Racial Justice Community Project Grant supports Urban Studies students at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee who have demonstrated academic merit. The award recognizes students pursuing studies related to racial justice and community projects within the urban studies field. Faculty in the Urban Studies department select meritorious students based on their academic performance and commitment to racial justice work. This scholarship is managed through the UWM Foundation and does not require students to submit applications, as recipients are selected directly by faculty members.
