Mays-Smith Scholarship (for students from Berkshire) 2025-26

The Mays-Smith Scholarship is a competitive award available to students at Harper Adams University whose permanent home is in Berkshire. The scholarship is open to all 2nd Year BSc, Final Year BSc/BEng, Year 4 MEng or Final Year FdSc students enrolled in full-time education at the University. Applicants must have resided at their Berkshire address for at least the last three years, and records will be verified with those previously provided to the University. The successful recipient(s) will receive a one-off payment of up to £1,250, paid in two equal installments: half in February 2026 and the balance in May 2026. This is a competitive award that will be evaluated based on the merit of the submitted application, academic achievements to date, and an interview. The decision of the Mays-Smith Scholarship Panel is final. Applications for this scholarship closed at 12 noon on Friday, 12 December 2025.
