About This Opportunity
MCC Manitoba wants to support students who care about relief, development and peace. Each year, the organization awards scholarships to students who are working toward post-secondary degrees that align with MCC's areas of focus including development, peace, climate change mitigation/adaptation, restorative justice or reconciliation. The scholarship is designed to recognize and support students who demonstrate a history of commitment to service, volunteerism and engagement within their community. Three scholarships valued at $1,000 each are awarded annually to eligible students attending Manitoba-based post-secondary institutions. Students must be enrolled in full-time studies (minimum 18 credit hours per academic year) and demonstrate how their education and career objectives connect to one or more of MCC's focus areas.
