McQueen Family Entrance Bursary

The McQueen Family Entrance Bursary is an annual entrance bursary valued at $2,000 awarded to undergraduate students entering Year One of Civil or Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo. The bursary is need-based and requires students to demonstrate financial need as determined by the university. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents and must submit the University of Waterloo Entrance Bursary application by April 15. The fund was established through a donation from Don McQueen (BASc '77, Civil Engineering). This bursary supports first-time post-secondary students studying full-time in Ontario who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the application form.
