Medborgarnas hjärta

Medborgarnas hjärta is a recognition award presented by Östersunds kommun (Östersund Municipality) in Sweden to individuals or work groups within the municipal organization who have made citizens' lives easier, safer, or richer through their way of being and working. The award aims to inspire development of municipal services and create pride among Östersund's employees. Recipients receive a diploma and recognition during the municipality's common employee days, which are held every other year.
