Media, Communications and Cultural Studies 20% MA Fee Waivers

The School of Media, Communications and Cultural Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London will award a limited number of competitive 20% fee waivers for the academic session 2025-26. These fee waivers are designed for students who demonstrate considerable academic potential and can demonstrate need on the basis of being first in their family to attend university, from a low-income family, or being care-experienced. The fee waivers apply to students enrolled in MA Broadcast Journalism, MA Script Writing, MA Filmmaking: Screen Documentary, or MA Filmmaking: Experimental Film. The waiver provides a 20% reduction in tuition fees for home students or the equivalent amount in pounds sterling to international students. These MA fee waivers are made in addition to other Goldsmiths fee waivers including the Goldsmiths Excellence and Alumni fee waivers. Applications require a statement of less than 500 words confirming the basis for need and outlining how the MA programme will help achieve intellectual, academic, or creative goals, along with two academic references.
