Medical Laboratory Science Research Scholarship

The Medical Laboratory Science Research Scholarship is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement in the Division of Medical Laboratory Science at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing achieved in the last 30 units of course weight and the project in MLSCI 491 or MLSCI 409 which best demonstrates excellence in research. Preference is given to a student convocating with an Honors in Research designation, with secondary preference given to a student who has completed MLSCI 491. Part-time students are eligible for this award. The scholarship recognizes excellence in medical laboratory science research and is annually funded by an MLS alumnus.
