Medtech4Health: Kompetensförstärkning i småföretag, våren 2026

This funding opportunity allows micro- and small enterprises in Sweden to strengthen their competence by hiring external expertise for a limited period. The purpose is to develop and prepare new innovative medical technology products, services or solutions for the market, which strengthens the company's global competitiveness. The knowledge and experience from the external expert should be transferred to the company's employees and remain after the project ends, thereby strengthening the company in the long term. The grant can finance up to 50 percent of consultant costs from an external expert, up to a maximum of 200,000 SEK. Projects may run for up to 12 months and must focus on innovative medical technology solutions that can improve clinical outcomes and make healthcare and/or care more efficient. The program particularly welcomes projects focusing on market preparation activities, health economic analyses, and innovative solutions with potential for dual use (applicable both in healthcare and in other societal sectors such as civil preparedness or crisis management).
