About this opportunity
The Saskatchewan Archaeological Society (SAS) Member Grant supports archaeological research in Saskatchewan. Available to SAS members in good standing, this program has approved over 190 grants since its inception in 1989. The grant is designed to support students, professionals, and avocational archaeologists conducting archaeological research within Saskatchewan. Awards of up to $1,000 per grant are available to facilitate both field work-based and collections-based archaeological research projects. Applications are reviewed annually with a deadline of January 31 at 4:00 p.m. each year.
