Mental Health Education Annual Scholarship

The Mental Health Education Annual Scholarship is offered by The Beach Cottage at Seasons in Malibu, a mental health treatment facility. This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate thoughtful understanding of mental health issues and treatments. The scholarship requires applicants to write an essay exploring questions about mental health treatment methodologies, including differences between Eastern and Western medicine traditions, synergistic approaches to quality mental health care, and practices that promote better states of mental health. The scholarship aims to encourage students to think critically about mental health care and its societal impact. Applications are accepted in two rounds annually, with winners announced in July and December. The scholarship is open to all full-time high school, college, and university students regardless of their field of study.
