Merv Leitch Q.C. Scholarship in Constitutional Law

The Merv Leitch Q.C. Scholarship in Constitutional Law is offered in recognition of the late Merv Leitch and his significant contributions to the public life of his province and his country. This scholarship is provided by friends and colleagues of the late Merv Leitch. The award is offered annually to continuing students in their second year of the Faculty of Law JD program, with particular emphasis on the Constitutional Law course. Recipients are selected based on academic merit and strong participation in extra-curricular activities.
