Mesterskapsvinnere

Fredrikstad kommune provides municipal recognition to individual persons, teams, or associations representing Fredrikstad in approved championships within both cultural and sports areas. The recognition is awarded to gold medalists or first prize winners in senior national championships (NM), as well as to all medalists in Nordic championships, European championships (including junior), World championships (including junior), Olympic Games, Paralympics, and Youth Olympic Games. The recognition is distributed in connection with the Frederik Prize event held in January or another suitable event. Only persons residing in Fredrikstad and representing local clubs or associations are eligible; those who live in Fredrikstad but represent organizations from other areas are not eligible for municipal recognition. The awards recognize championship winners from the previous year.
