Meta-Optics with Unusual Physical Properties for Novel Device Concepts

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory is offering a postdoctoral research associateship through the Army Research Laboratory Research Associateship Program (ARL-RAP). The postdoctoral researcher will work on cutting-edge meta-optics device research including high-frequency electromagnetic simulations and optimization, nano- and micron-scale device fabrication, and optical and electronic device measurements. The ARL-RAP program is designed to significantly increase the involvement of creative and highly trained scientists and engineers from academia and industry in scientific and technical areas of interest and relevance to the Army. This opportunity is within the Photonics, Electronics, & Quantum Sciences research area, focusing on materials and devices intended for achieving photonic, electronic, and quantum-based effects.
