Metis Scholar Award

The Metis Scholar Award is offered to full-time students at Red Deer Polytechnic who are of Metis ancestry and actively involved in the Metis community. The award recognizes academic achievement and is available to students attending a post-secondary program in the current academic year. Applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7, be living in Alberta, and cannot be a current client of or receiving funding from any program at the Rupertsland Institute. The award amount varies and students are automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
