Michael J. & Aimee Rusinko Kakos Scholarship Fund

The Michael J. & Aimee Rusinko Kakos Scholarship Fund was established at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County to provide a source of financial assistance to students in Westmoreland County who attend Westmoreland County Community College and have unmet financial need. This single-year award scholarship is designed to help students avoid or lessen student loans by covering semester balances after all other aid has been applied. Preference is given to applicants who have completed the FAFSA, have the ability to succeed academically, and demonstrate unmet financial need as defined by WCCC. Recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 and reside in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
