About this opportunity
The Michele Pappas Scholarship Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide scholarships to graduating seniors from the Burgettstown Middle/Senior High School. This scholarship supports students who plan to continue higher education within seven months of graduation at accredited vocational or technical trade schools, or 2- or 4-year colleges or universities. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. Preference is given to students who have exhibited scholarship, leadership, school spirit and community pride through participation in activities that highlight these characteristics. The scholarship is designed to support students from Burgettstown Middle/Senior High School in pursuing their post-secondary educational goals.
