About this opportunity
This funding program provides approximately 6 million NOK to support collaboration initiatives between Oslo municipality and Helse Sør-Øst RHF (Regional Health Authority). The funds are intended to contribute to holistic and coordinated services tailored to patients, and collaboration through better use of technology. Priority areas for 2022 include children and youth with long-term healthcare needs, people with serious mental illness and substance abuse problems, frail elderly, and people with multiple chronic conditions. Projects must include participation from one or more health enterprises/hospitals and one or more districts/agencies in Oslo municipality. Both primary and specialist health services must co-finance parts of the project. Projects with a focus on user participation are prioritized, as well as those seeking additional funds to ensure implementation of completed projects. Research projects and in-house training will not be prioritized.
