Midori Yamanouchi, Ph.D. Scholarship

The Midori Yamanouchi, Ph.D. Scholarship is awarded by the Scranton Area Community Foundation to recognize and support students who have demonstrated excellence in multiple areas of personal development and community engagement. This scholarship is awarded to a student who has demonstrated academic achievement, good citizenship, service to others, and leadership. The scholarship provides financial assistance to deserving students who embody these core values and show promise for future contributions to their communities. Recipients are selected based on their demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, their record of service to others, their leadership abilities, and their character as responsible citizens.
