Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Scholarship

The Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee who are graduates of Milwaukee Public Schools and demonstrate academic merit with a minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA. The scholarship is available to incoming first-year students, continuing first-year students, sophomores, and transfer students. Preferences are granted to first-generation college students (neither parent earned a baccalaureate degree) and students who demonstrate financial need. This university-wide scholarship is managed by the UWM Foundation.
