About This Opportunity

Minnesfonden was established with funds donated to honor the memory of deceased union members Ingeborg Eriksson (1883-1957) and Caroline Fellenius (1914-1960). The fund's purpose is to promote research in the field of physiotherapy. Licensed physiotherapists and members of Fysioterapeuterna (Swedish Association of Physiotherapists) can apply for grants from Minnesfonden. The fund provides support for costs related to continuing education, participation in scientific meetings (congresses, symposia, workshops, and similar events, with priority given to already accepted contributions), study trips or study visits in connection with research and development work, as well as costs associated with research and development work in the field of physiotherapy. Grants can also be awarded to individual doctoral students and researchers. All grants are tax-free and are paid directly to the recipient. The average amount awarded is around 5,000 SEK per person.
