Minnesota County Engineers Association Scholarship

The Minnesota County Engineers Association (MCEA) scholarship is awarded to an individual who is a sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student at the time of the scholarship award and is a resident of Minnesota. The recipient must also be attending school full time for two semesters during the academic year. This scholarship is available to students enrolled in Civil, Construction & Environmental Engineering at North Dakota State University's College of Engineering.
