Mirek Grzeszczukm Memorial Bursary

The Mirek Grzeszczukm Memorial Bursary honors the legacy of Mirek Grzeszczuk, a NAIT Civil Engineering Technology graduate who was known for his generosity, kindness, and deep gratitude for the education that provided the foundation for his meaningful career. Born and raised in Poland, Mirek immigrated to Canada with determination and hope, and NAIT became instrumental in shaping his professional journey. Mirek was a force of warmth and generous spirit who cherished his family, friends, and community. He had a passion for cooking, the outdoors, and travel, and was known for his quiet strength, patience, and honest nature. MPE, a division of Englobe, where Mirek worked professionally, established this bursary to celebrate his legacy and support future engineering technology students. This bursary is available to students enrolled in any NAIT engineering technology diploma program. Awards are made on the basis of demonstrated financial need and satisfactory academic achievement, helping students find their purpose just as NAIT helped Mirek find his.
