Modellutvikling Klinisk ernæringsfysiolog som ressurs for helse- og omsorgstjenesten

This grant program aims to ensure quality and strengthen systematic nutrition work and nutritional expertise in health and care services. The purpose of the grant scheme is to contribute to food and nutrition follow-up that aligns with national professional recommendations. The program also aims to promote prevention and coping, collaboration, and appropriate task distribution in health and care services. The target groups are elderly (65+) users of municipal health and care services and their relatives, children and youth, patients with multiple chronic conditions, patients with serious mental disorders, and patients with substance abuse disorders. Municipalities are eligible to apply for funding to develop models where clinical nutritional physiologists serve as a resource for health and care services.
