Monmouthshire Building Society Charitable Foundation Grant

The Monmouthshire Building Society Charitable Foundation was founded in 2000 to support local schemes and good causes across south Wales and the south west of England. The Foundation's primary purpose is to provide modest donations that will have a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged or vulnerable people in communities. The Foundation welcomes applications from voluntary and community organizations, constitution clubs or groups, and charities based within the heartland of south Wales, Powys and border counties. Funding is available for organizations working towards the prevention or relief of poverty, advancement of community development, advancement of arts, culture, heritage or science, environmental protection or improvement, relief of those in need by reason of youth, age or disability, and advancement of animal welfare. Organizations must have at least one year of published accounts and be current with their annual returns to relevant regulatory bodies.
