Morgan Kitchen Memorial Award

The Morgan Kitchen Memorial Award was established in 2025/26 by the Beiseker Fire Department to support students pursuing careers in emergency services. This award is available to students enrolled full-time in the Emergency Services Technology and Firefighter programs at Lakeland College's Vermilion campus. The award recognizes students who demonstrate academic achievement and actively serve their community through volunteer fire departments, commonwealth armed forces, Alberta Wildfire, or equivalent organizations. The award amount varies and is designed to support continuing students in the Fire & Emergency Services field.
