Morrisons Foundation Grant Funding

Morrisons Foundation Original Source

About This Opportunity

The Morrisons Foundation offers grants of up to £10,000 for registered charities delivering projects within three funding objectives: tackling poverty and social deprivation, enhancing community spaces, facilities and services, and improving health and wellbeing. The Foundation prioritizes applications from smaller charities (with income of less than £1 million) for projects in the communities Morrisons serves, projects which create a lasting legacy or impact, and projects with a larger number of beneficiaries. Applications must be from registered charities in England, Scotland, or Wales, be for £10,000 or less, and fund a specific project meeting one of the three funding objectives. The Foundation does not support running costs including salaries or ongoing service delivery, projects supporting animal welfare, charities that promote religious or political messages, events, sponsorship or marketing, or charities with late or qualified accounts. Due to high application volume, approximately 1 in 10 applications that meet the criteria are funded.
