Moul-Summers Scholarship Fund

The Moul-Summers Scholarship Fund was established at The Pittsburgh Foundation to assist students who prefer a vocational program or a 2-year college program. This scholarship supports students attending community colleges or accredited technical/trade schools in the Tri-State region. Recipients must have graduated from a high school in Allegheny County or Butler County or have attained a GED. The scholarship has minimum GPA requirements of 2.0 for technical/trade school students and 2.5 for community college students. Awards average $1,500 per year, and while the scholarship is for a single year, previous recipients are encouraged to re-apply in consecutive years. The program aims to support students pursuing vocational and technical education pathways as alternatives to traditional four-year college programs.
