Møremusikarordninga: Arrangørtilskot til innleige av profesjonelle frilansmusikarar

Møremusikarordninga provides grants to event organizers to hire professional freelance musicians in Møre og Romsdal county. The program supports various types of musical performances including concerts, instruction assignments, accompaniment, arranging and composing for concerts, assistance in amateur ensembles, professional ensembles, and cultural events at courses, conferences and meetings. The annual budget for this program is 750,000 NOK. The grant scheme aims to ensure quality professional music services to cultural life and facilitate high-quality cultural events in Møre og Romsdal. By supporting professional musicians' artistic activities, the program also helps more people live from their art in the county. Organizers can apply for support to cover honorariums and travel costs for hired musicians. The program will merge with another regional cultural fund program on May 15, 2026.
