About this opportunity
The MRS Indigenous Leadership Pathway Scholarship is a scholarship for Indigenous Australian and Torres Strait Islander students who demonstrate leadership potential and are intending to or currently live on campus at Monash Residential Services. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of need and demonstrated leadership qualities, including public speaking experience and experience holding office-bearer positions on committees and clubs. Evidence of involvement within the Indigenous community is also valued, along with the capacity and willingness to act as an ambassador on behalf of Indigenous people at MRS events and activities. To retain this scholarship, students must remain an MRS resident and maintain full-time enrolment with a pass average (50%). The scholarship is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled full-time at a Monash campus in Australia.
