About This Opportunity

This project grant program aims to support civil society organizations in creating meeting places for young LGBTQI individuals (homosexual, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex persons) under the age of 25. The program recognizes that young LGBTQI persons face various barriers during their leisure time and there is a need for accessible, safe and empowering leisure activities specifically designed for this group. The grants support both physical and digital meeting places that primarily serve LGBTQI persons under 25. The program emphasizes the importance of having contexts where young people can be together with other open young and adult LGBTQI persons, as this can be particularly significant for this group. Projects can run for a maximum of one year and can be renewed for up to three years total.
