Murray and Terry Scholarship

The Murray and Terry Scholarship supports postgraduate students undertaking study related to agriculture and horticulture at Massey University. This scholarship is valued at approximately $2,000 NZD for one year's duration, with multiple awards available. The scholarship is supported by a combined fund from a gift from F. Terry of Ngongotaha in memory of his son, George Harold Terry, a graduate of Massey Agricultural College who was killed in action in Italy in 1944, and from a bequest made from the will of Janet Murray of Auckland. Recipients must be enrolled full-time in a postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma with a focus on disciplines relevant to agriculture and/or horticulture. Selection is based on academic achievements and consideration of other scholarships or bursaries held.
