Music Ensemble Award

The Music Ensemble Award is a scholarship opportunity for both music and non-music majors at Greenville University who participate in musical ensembles. Students must enroll each semester in GU Choir, Fusion lab bands, Pursuit worship bands, and/or Concert/Marching bands. The award provides annual financial support ranging from $500 to $2,000 based on the student's audition performance. This renewable scholarship recognizes student participation and talent in the university's music ensemble programs, encouraging both dedicated music students and those pursuing other majors to engage in musical activities on campus. Award selection is based on either an in-person or videotaped audition, and students must maintain full-time enrollment status at Greenville University to remain eligible. The award is renewed annually, allowing students to receive continued support throughout their undergraduate career as long as they maintain participation in eligible ensembles and meet the full-time enrollment requirement.
