Review process
Applications are reviewed by expert panels from Kulturrådet, Arts Council England, and Statens kunstfond Denmark, with input from Julie's Bicycle. Phase 1 applications are evaluated based on artistic quality, international touring/collaboration experience, and expected impact of participation. Phase 2 project applications require project plans, budgets, and timeline.
