Nancy Wright Scholarship in the School of Nursing Annual

One or more scholarships of at least $2,000 each are awarded to academically outstanding graduate students in the Masters of Nursing Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Victoria. Recipients must demonstrate an interest in nursing with marginalized populations including, but not limited to: low income, street involved, mental health, and LGBTQ communities. Preference is given to students with demonstrated financial need. Approval of recipients is made by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee upon the recommendation of the School of Nursing. The minimum requirement for consideration is normally an A- average, and students must be full-time graduate students unless otherwise noted. Recipients must maintain a minimum level of academic standing to retain funding.
