Nat Christie Foundation Scholarships

The Nat Christie Foundation Scholarships are awarded to students with superior academic standing who are enrolled in the second or third year of a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Alberta. The scholarships recognize academic excellence among medical students progressing through their medical education. A total of sixteen scholarships are awarded annually: six to second-year medical students and ten to third-year medical students. Recipients are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship platform, with no separate application required. The scholarships are funded through an endowment established by the Nat Christie Foundation and are administered by the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry.
