National Honor Society - Amber Shaw Memorial Scholarship

The National Honor Society – Amber Shaw Memorial Scholarship is available to a Senior currently graduating from Polk State Chain of Lakes Collegiate High School. This scholarship may be used at any post-secondary educational institution. The recipient must complete an essay at least 300 words in response to a prompt about a person, moment, or experience that helped shape who they are today. Furthermore, the recipient must maintain a GPA of 3.20 or greater. The recipient does not have to be a member of the National Honor Society to qualify for this scholarship. This scholarship will pay for tuition and books. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 150 hours of community service with verification documentation.
