Nationellt residens vid Studio Acusticum

The National Residency at Studio Acusticum in Piteå provides musicians, composers, music producers, and conductors with an opportunity to develop and deepen their artistic practice. Studio Acusticum in Piteå, Norrbottensmusiken, and Region Norrbotten contribute personnel, spatial, and technical resources. Artists have access to artistic resources including Norrbotten Big Band, Norrbotten Chamber Orchestra, Norrbottensmusiken's percussion instrument collection, Orgel Acusticum, Piteå Chamber Opera, and Dans i Nord for potential collaboration. The residency offers a 40,000 SEK tax-free stipend along with free access to furnished accommodation and a workspace. During the residency, artists have access to Studio Acusticum's resources to support their creative development. Recipients must submit a written report within one month after the residency describing how it functioned and what it meant for their artistic work.
