Nedre Eiker Mannskorsfond

Nedre Eiker Mannskors Fond was established in 1992 following an initiative from one of the representatives of the men's choir at the time. The men's choir was dissolved and the choir wanted the remaining funds to be transferred to a fund. According to the statutes, the fund's proceeds shall be awarded to singers in Nedre Eiker municipality, whether individuals, groups, or associations who have particularly distinguished themselves in their work in and for choral life, following an application. The fund's administrators may decide not to disburse the fund's money in a given year if they do not find suitable candidates after an overall assessment, in which case the interest shall be added to the fund's capital.
