Nels, Anna and Evelyn Dahl Nursing Education Fund Award

The Nels, Anna and Evelyn Dahl Nursing Education Fund Award is a scholarship established through the bequest of Evelyn Dahl-Esplin to support nursing education for Indigenous students in Saskatchewan. The award is designed to assist Saskatchewan residents of Aboriginal ancestry, including status or non-status Indian or Métis individuals, who are pursuing post-secondary education in nursing. Applicants should have an academic average of at least 70% or be mature students with a commitment to succeed. The scholarship recipient must provide written confirmation of enrollment from their post-secondary institution by December 15th in the year of the award, or the award will be forfeited to the runner-up. The selection process is conducted by the Saskatoon Community Foundation, which administers the award on behalf of the donor's estate.
