Neva Deemer Scholarship

The Neva Deemer Scholarship supports members of the Westland Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in order to help young adults of sound character pursue advanced education in their field of choice. The scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors, recent graduates, and returning missionaries who are active members of the Westland Ward. Recipients are selected based on academic potential, character, community service, and financial need. Candidates must attend or plan to attend an educational institution in the United States and maintain good academic standing according to their institution's standards. Both full-time and part-time students may be considered for this award.
