About this opportunity
The New England Regional Fellowship Consortium (NERFC) provides research fellowships for scholars to conduct historical research across multiple member institutions in New England. The fellowship supports projects that require access to archival collections and materials housed at participating repositories. Applicants propose a research itinerary spanning at least six weeks and including at least three different member institutions, with at least two weeks at two of these institutions and one week at a third. The program encourages collaborative engagement with staff at member institutions to identify relevant collections. Fellows receive a stipend to support their research travel and work at these repositories.
